PAYMENT PLAN
Reserve with $1000.00
Complete 20% within 30 days at time of signing conditional contract
Pay 30% during construction either monthly or quarterly until delivery which begins in December 2024 for buildings 3 and 4 and June 2025 for buildings 1 and 2.
Pay the balance of 50% at time of delivery. Buyers can opt to finance the last 50% through a local banking institution.
MAINTENANCE FEES
Beginning at the time of receiving delivery, buyers must pay maintenance fees estimated to be $2/m2, or $158 per month for a condo on level 2. These fees include:
• Lighting of common areas
• Pool maintenance and cleaning
• Garbage removal
